Due to the fact that products are sourced on demand specifically for customers, all sales are final.

Unworn & unwashed

Do not wear or wash the item before contacting us. It must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact where applicable.

What's considered

Exchanges are only considered for incorrect, damaged or defective items, subject to assessment.

What doesn't qualify

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered or otherwise used will not qualify. Slight colour variations due to lighting, screen settings or production batches also do not qualify.

Exchange requests are subject to availability of the replacement item.
